$250hr and a minimum of 4500.00 is required. Please ask for a list of items to choose from. Our clients can mix and match services to reach the minimum.

The property is designed by a interior designer. The property is turn key and neutral enough to add decor if needed. 

Set up and tear down can be done the day before the event and the day after the event. This option relieves stress to any event.

This is a great "add on" to our venue rental package. Guests enjoy their rehearsal dinner or a private dining experience before or after their event. 

Private onsite Casita for a overnight experience filled with custom enhancements.

Many of our clients prefer a turn key event. The Venue, Food, Overnight Stay and Decorations. 

Our Turn Key package is filled with a white glove experience. We prefer our clients to enjoy their event and please do not lift a finger!

100 Candles can be presented @ The Green House along with a seating area. (Excellent photo opportunities!) 

The Greenhouse comes with the Venue rental at no additional charge. The candles are the only additional fee.
